Our British version of the classic Negroni cocktail is made using Albury Rosso Vermouth, Silent Pool Rare Citrus Gin and local bittersweet aperitif, Sipello.

Combine 25ml vermouth, 25ml gin and 40ml Sipello and serve over ice in a large tumbler. Garnish with a twist of orange.
