Attila's Bite

35cl, 40% vol

A fragrant eau de vie de vin, with flavours of pear and crisp grape, followed by a deep buttery finish with a hint of almond. This spirit has been distilled for us by our neighbours at Silent Pool Distillery from Seyval wine and is named after Attila, our Parson Russell Terrier who prowls the vineyard chasing away pheasant and other unwanted visitors. 

Attila's Bite is excellent as a digestive after dinner and goes particularly well with chocolate - we recommend Kokoh's chocolate truffles which you can add to your order below.
