We specialise in English sparkling wine, made from grapes grown in our organic and biodynamic vineyard. At certain times of the year, you may also have the opportunity to taste our still wine, Silent Pool Rosé. Whether you're new to English wine or already a sparkling wine enthusiast, our tastings offer a wonderful opportunity to explore the wines we produce here in Surrey.
Choose from hosted Wine & Cheese Tastings (our most popular wine tasting experience), relaxed self-guided 'wine flights' in the tasting room, or guided Vineyard Tours & Tastings during the Summer months.
Join a member of the Albury team for a hosted tasting of our award-winning English sparkling wines, followed by a glass of your favourite wine and a selection of English cheeses.

You can also enjoy a complimentary self-guided vineyard walk during your visit.

Discover our English wines at your own pace in our welcoming tasting room overlooking the vineyard, or outside on the patio.
Enjoy a self-guided wine flight with tasting notes, or choose wines by the glass and bottle as well as food from our tasting room menu. You can also explore the vineyard on a complimentary self-guided tour.
Booking ahead is recommended, particularly during the Autumn and Winter months as inside tables are limited.

Albury Vineyard is located in the Surrey Hills, near Guildford, making it a lovely destination for a wine tasting experience with friends, family or someone special.
Our Tasting Room offers views across the vineyard, with indoor seating during the cooler months and outdoor seating when the weather permits.
Please check our current opening hours before visiting. Advance booking is recommended, although we will always do our best to accommodate walk-in guests.

What wines will I taste at Albury Vineyard?
Albury Vineyard specialises in English sparkling wines, which are the focus of our wine tasting experiences. Depending on the tasting and the time of year, you may also have the opportunity to try our still rosé wine.
Can I visit Albury Vineyard for wine tasting without booking a vineyard tour?
Yes. You can enjoy a self-guided Wine Flight in our Tasting Room or book one of our hosted Wine & Cheese Tastings. Guided vineyard tours are a separate, seasonal experience.
Is wine tasting available at Albury in Autumn and Winter?
Yes. Our Tasting Room welcomes visitors outside the Summer tour season, subject to opening hours and availability. Hosted Wine & Cheese Tastings also run on selected dates until December.
Do I need to book a wine tasting in advance?
We recommend booking ahead, particularly during autumn and winter when indoor tables are limited. You can book a hosted Wine & Cheese Tasting or a self-guided Wine Flight online, or use our contact form to enquire about reserving a table and choosing wines on arrival.
What's the difference between a Wine Flight and a Wine & Cheese Tasting?
A Wine Flight is an informal, self-guided tasting with tasting notes, allowing you to explore Albury's wines at your own pace. Our Wine & Cheese Tasting is a hosted experience with a member of the Albury team, followed by a glass of wine and a selection of English cheeses.
Can I explore the vineyard without booking a guided tour?
Yes. Visitors are welcome to enjoy a complimentary self-guided vineyard walk throughout the year. Simply ask our team for a map when you arrive. The walk is subject to weather and vineyard conditions.
