The evening begins with a glass of Albury sparkling wine, included in the price of your ticket, followed by canapés served at your table as you settle in.
The three-course menu showcases locally sourced English produce, designed to reflect the very best of the Summer season. Start with a cheddar and courgette soufflé, served with sourdough bread.
For the main course, enjoy a chicken and ham pithivier, served with seasonal summer vegetables. A vegetarian option is available - sweet potato and lemon thyme pithivier, served with seasonal vegetables and a lemon butter sauce.
Finish the evening with a refreshing lemon posset and lavender shortbread, a perfect summer dessert.
