The evening begins with a glass of Albury Estate sparkling wine, followed by canapés served at your table and a carefully curated three-course menu featuring luxurious, locally sourced English produce.
For starters, enjoy a fresh watercress soup with cheddar and chive scones.
The main course features a delicate olive oil confit salmon fillet served with lemon butter sauce, herb oil, and seasonal summer vegetables. A vegetarian option is available - olive oil confit celeriac steak marinated in orange and dill, served with lemon butter sauce and seasonal vegetables.
To finish, enjoy an English classic with a twist - strawberry and elderflower Eton mess.
