Visits and Tastings

Visit us this Winter and enjoy a self-guided tasting of our award-winning sparkling wines. Our sparkling wine flight tasting includes three 50ml samples of Albury bubbly complete with tasting notes. Additional wine and soft drinks will be available to buy by the glass and bottle on the day, to 'drink in' or to take home.

You'll be seated at your own table, socially distanced from other guests, and Albury staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the vineyard. If the weather is good you'll be free to take a stroll amongst the vines and enjoy our self-guided vineyard tour. From December, Tier 2 restrictions mean that you must enjoy this wine tasting with a meal. We serve cheese and charcuterie boards. We recommend that you pre-book a tasting as we have limited seating available.

Our wine and cheese experiences begin with a guided tasting of our Albury Estate sparkling wines, followed by a glass of your choice accompanied by a selection of English cheese.

Admire views over the vineyard, or venture outside for a walk amongst the vines; our self-guided tour of the vineyard is a great way to find out more about us. £5 of your ticket price is redeemable against sparkling wine bottle purchases on the day.

Please note that you will be part of a group tasting, and these tastings are unfortunately not suitable for children. Inside and outside tastings are now available, and each household will be seated separately.

Our new Friday night fizz tastings begin with an introduction to Albury and the English wine scene, followed by a tasting of our award-winning sparkling wines with a delicious selection of cheese and charcuterie included. A member of the Albury team will guide you though the tasting, then the wine bar is open! Enjoy a relaxed Friday evening in the Albury wine bar, taxis recommended!

From December, Tier 2 restrictions means that alcohol must be served with a meal. Your ticket for Friday fizz includes enough food to constitute a 'meal' but you are very welcome to order more food and drinks on the night if you wish. These tastings take place inside so are only suitable for single household bookings whilst the vineyard remains in Tier 2.

This Autumn and Winter we are pleased to launch a series of special events on Sundays including 'Biriyani and Bubbles' with Mandira's Kitchen, and Sparkling Afternoon Tea with the Dabbling Duck. 

Socially distanced tables are available inside the visitors' barn, and outside on the patio for those preferring to be outside - just wrap up warm!

Our popular guided vineyard tours run between May and September each year and the 2020 season has now come to an end.
