2025 Harvest - A Vintage to Be Proud Of

The 2025 harvest is in, and it’s one we’ll remember for all the right reasons. With outstanding fruit quality, ideal conditions, and a truly dedicated team, this year’s vintage is already showing real promise.

All the fruit from our Albury site was picked by 1st October, nearly three weeks earlier than usual, with barely any bird damage this year (apart from a few cheeky pheasants). Sugar levels were the best we’ve ever seen, resulting in natural alcohol levels of around 11%, and the grapes were beautifully ripe and disease-free.

Across the original vineyard, new planting and Lansdowne sites, we brought in nearly 45 tonnes of fruit. From this, we expect to produce around 36,000 bottles of wine including some exciting new releases such as a Sparkling Pinot Noir, a still white similar in style to Silent Pool Rosé, a Biodynamic Seyval, and a Prestige Blanc de Noirs. 

What truly made this harvest special was the incredible support of over 200 volunteers. Many were returning faces, others joined us for the first time, but all brought energy, dedication and a wonderful spirit of camaraderie. Whether picking in sunshine or drizzle, your contribution was invaluable, and we cannot thank you enough. You are part of the Albury story, and we hope you enjoyed being part of something meaningful.
