The evening begins with a glass of Albury sparkling included in the price of your ticket, followed by canapés at your table, whilst you select additional tipples to purchase. Choose from a selection of Albury's finest sparkling wines, cocktails or soft drinks or the specially curated wine pairing recommendations.
This 3 course food menu brings luxurious, locally sourced produce to the vineyard table. For starters, salmon rillettes, cucumber jelly and an avocado mousse are served with sourdough bread. The main dish is Surrey Hills beef fillet, encrusted with pink peppercorn, served with a white bean and mushroom fricassee, slow braised beef croquette, cranberry relish and salsa verde - all served with a red wine jus.
If you prefer a vegetarian option, why not try the pearl barley and preserved lemon stuffed portobello mushroom (a Yotam Ottolenghi inspired recipe), white bean fricassee, salsa verde and cranberry relish.
Indulge in a home made chocolate tart for dessert, served with just a hint of Christmas in the form of a Christmas cake clotted cream and freshness from raspberries.
