Celebrate Negroni Month and join us for a unique tasting journey celebrating the Surrey Hills Negroni — from grape to glass.

This joint event with our neighbours at Silent Pool Distillers begins at Albury Vineyard, where you’ll explore how our organically-grown grapes are turned into award-winning wines — and then distilled to create Albury Rosso Vermouth, one of the key ingredients in the Surrey Hills Negroni. You'll also have the opportunity to taste two other Albury wines. 

From there, you’ll head to Silent Pool Distillers for a Negroni-themed tasting experience. Discover how our vermouth pairs with their iconic gin and English aperitif to create a perfectly balanced local take on this classic cocktail.
