Albury Honey

Albury honey is currently available to buy directly from our bee-keeper Sergio. He can deliver locally for order of 3 or more jars. Please email him via sergio.bee-friends@outlook.com to order.

The bees on the vineyard are looked after by our beekeeper Sergio, who extracts and jars this beautiful natural honey for us. As an organic, and indeed biodynamic vineyard, we encourage biodiversity and love having these busy workers at our vineyard. Did you know that nearly one third of all that we eat comes from plants pollinated by insects like bees? Honey is the only food that includes all the substances necessary to sustain life, including enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and water; and it's the only food that contains "pinocembrin", an antioxidant associated with improved brain functioning.
