The Prestige Cuvée is only made from exceptionally good vintages, and the 2014 vintage is blended from first pressing biodynamic Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. It is a very dry, ultra brut wine that has been aged in the bottle for four years.

This masterpiece with very low dosage shows a golden hue in the glass. The nose is nutty and spicy with a lot of fruit coming on the side. The mouthfeel is voluptuous and long enhancing strawberries and cream but in a very refined way. To be discovered with a lemon sole in butter, or high tea and lemon drizzle cake.
