Our wines will be produced using only organic grapes grown exclusively in our own vineyard in the Surrey Hills. We will conform to the emerging EC organic standards for the production of organic wine.

Albury Organic Sparkling

English sparkling wine is now accepted internationally as a real rival to Champagne, winning numerous international awards. Produced using the same techniques used by the champagne houses, known as méthod Champenoise, English bubbly is a premium sparkling wine competing with some of the best champagne houses from France.

Albury Organic Sparkling wine will be an organic bubbly made from the traditional champagne grape varieties of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. We expect our first vintage to be available in 2014.

Albury Organic Rosé

If you can’t wait until 2014 you will be able to purchase a still organic rosé wine from us in 2012. The wine will buck the trend of increasing higher alcohol levels and will be less than 10% alc vol.

It will be made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Seyval Blanc grapes and will be a delicate, light-pink wine, with a subtle red-fruit character, fruity nose and hint of sweetness on the palate. It will be bottled with a screw-cap to preserve freshness and purity.
